This unique facial rejuvenation procedure designed by Dr. Villalobos Villar to provide a natural lifting effect in the middle and lower thirds of the face through a minimally invasive technique.

Using a specialized surgical instrument similar to a trocar, the procedure allows for SMAS plication without the need for extensive surgery or general anesthesia.

How Does BabyLift® Work?

The procedure targets the malar region, nasolabial folds, and jawline.

Through a small temporal–preauricular incision (3–5 cm), the surgeon introduces a trocar-type needle that guides a suture to tighten and reposition the SMAS layer, lifting sagging tissues. The suture is anchored to the temporoparietal fascia to ensure stability and long-lasting results.
